Glazing & Shining Of Rice

To remove from the surface of white rice loose bran and dust that remains after the whitening process increasing the degree of shine & polish of the rice.
An upgrade of the appearance quality and storage life of Milled rice with minimum weight loss (0.1-2%).
Low Volumes(<30 ltr/hr) of pure water atemized by pressurized clean air is injected through the polishing rollers removing the bran & dust particles; giving the rice a high luster finish.
Restores uniform moisture contents to overdried rice. (Approx- 1%).
Feeding rolls, shining rollers & screen components are hardened and surfaced with nichel-chromium for durability and hygiene.
An automatic control moisture injection system prevent moisture injection into an empty polishing chamber before rice enters the chamber, on start up when the feed ceases and unexpected machine shut down.
Fine broken and head rice that pass through the screen is collected separate from the bran.
