We have developed a special purpose paddy Separator ideally Suitable for Hybrid and Basmati type long grain varieties. The Separation Span and internal Zig-Zag Structure has been broadened to minimize the occasional paddy mixing in rice.(S.S.Floor & S.S. Zig-Zags) with all acc.

This Paddy Separator is known for its compact design low energy consumption and high output. This Model is most suitable model for the individually motorized plants. It consists of two different chambers; each chamber is complete unit itself. The steady motion of central crank makes both the chambers move clock wise and anti-clock wise respectively.

The Special architecture of this separator forces the rice being heavier on the inclined portion and paddy lifts towards higher end, being less denser. Thus making the paddy separation possible with power consumption only of 3 H.P. and give up to 8 TPH.
